Position: Industrial Painter
Full-Time: Hours from 7:45 am to 4:15 p.m. Onsite Monday through Friday Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour 40 hours per week Duties to include painting multi-angled electromechanical assemblies, printed circuit board conformal coating and various types of part marking.
Key responsibilities:
  • Surface preparation: Cleaning, sanding and removing old paint from surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
  • Paint mixing: Accurately mixing paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the desired color and consistency.
  • Application techniques: Applying paint using various methods including brush, roller, and spray gun depending on the surface and project requirements.
  • Quality control: Inspecting painted surfaces for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Safety procedures: Adhering to safety protocols including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and working in well-ventilated areas.
  • Technical knowledge: Understanding different painting types, their properties, and application methods.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to achieve a consistent and high-quality finish.
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues during the painting process
  • Safety awareness: Commitment to following safety regulations and procedures
