About the role
Service AdministratorAssist the residents, staff, and management by providing support services designed to ensure a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive property. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee's ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.Primary Duties And Responsibilities:Responds to requests for maintenance assistance by: Promptly advising maintenance staff.Preparing service orders, purchase orders.Order maintenance supplies.Maintains the maintenance department's records.Schedules maintenance/repair activities involving contractors.Schedules housekeeping services.Prepares accident reports.Abides by Fair Housing Laws.Occasional Functions:May supervise pool area during the season.Handle payroll.Participate in inspections of properties and perform other duties as may be requested by management.May be exposed to potentially harmful products (chemicals).Position Requirements / Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDAbility to type forms and short correspondence accurately and communicate cooperatively on the telephone.Valid Driver's License (if operating a vehicle)Current Fair Housing CertificationPhysical Activities:Physical Activities up to and including walking, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, stretching, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing for periods of time.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.General:Hours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community. This position may be required to work on weekends as necessary.
