About the role

NÜIQ Wellness Lounge & Med Spa in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. The front desk is the client’s first and last impression, so we seek someone warm, polished, and highly organized who can manage a fast-paced environment with care. You will welcome clients, check them in/out, schedule appointments using Zenoti, process payments, and educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions.
