About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Fleet Integration Manager to lead test planning and fleet integration for surface platforms. You will translate hands-on at-sea operating experience into realistic test plans, coordinate with engineering, operations, and business development, and represent the operator's perspective in design reviews. The role requires operating unmanned or manned surface vessels, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel up to 50% including offshore operations.
