We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Phoenix territory.The Account Executive manages the complete sales cycle, balancing new business development with the growth of existing customer relationships. This role requires a strategic approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align customer needs with company solutions while consistently meeting revenue goals. Who You Are:The person in this role is a motivated and reliable sales professional who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. You are comfortable building relationships, handling customer conversations, and adjusting to changing business needs. You communicate clearly, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.What You Will Be Doing:Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, negotiating, and closing salesGrow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsDevelop and execute territory sales plans aligned with corporate and regional goalsMonitor market conditions and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and call reportsDeliver professional presentations to architects, contractors, and key decision-makersCollaborate with Operations Leaders on project planning and executionSupport account collections when neededShare best practices and collaborate with peers to support team successPerform other duties as assignedSkills You Bring:1--3 years of outside sales experience in the architectural glass industry required; a blend of sales, estimating, and project management experience within the industry is also acceptable.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field requiredStrong understanding of pricing, margins, and profitabilityAbility to manage a sales pipeline and forecast using CRM toolsStrong organization and time management skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to negotiate and influence effectivelyResults-driven mindset with the ability to meet revenue goalsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyAbility to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight staysWhy Trulite:Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
