General Purpose A Utility Clerk is an employee who represents the company while working in an office setting in a service center and also in the field performing meter reading duties and interacting with the public. The successful candidate will enter a two-year training program which may require overnight travel for up to a week at a time. A Utility Clerk is also assigned connect/disconnect duties and, after completion of designated meter connect/disconnect and underground location training, may be assigned under the Company's cold service and delinquent
