Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Operations Manager to join a growing team! You’ll take the helm of a growing sales organization by guiding daily operations, strengthening key account relationships, and spearheading new business opportunities. You’ll shape and execute high-impact sales strategies, drive team performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure sales goals align with the company’s broader vision. Duties: Lead and develop a high-growth sales team with clear KPIs, scalable processes, and strong Salesforce discipline Establish structure, vision, and accountability across the sales organization Analyze performance metrics to understand wins/losses and identify opportunities for improvement Drive proactive outbound sales and marketing strategies to engage major corporate clients Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps and foster a culture of growth and high performance Represent the company with confidence and professionalism in pitches and executive-level conversations Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with sales goals; collaborate on pricing and RFQsRequirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations Experience in Account Management and Business Development Strong knowledge of CRMsStrong leadership and team management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Travel to work alongside remote sales team members throughout the US as needed
