About the Job: AGOLDE and Citizen’s of Humanity are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Men’s wholesale division across multiple channels, including specialty stores, touchpoint leads, and emerging partners. This role will be instrumental in overseeing account management and outreach, sales strategy execution, and brand positioning within thecontemporary/emerging men’s market. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in men’s apparel sales, a strategic mindset, andstrong market knowledge. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, deepen relationships, and ensure excellence in execution.
Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle for Men’s accounts, including pre-season planning, in-season order management, and post-season analysis Build strong relationships with existing specialty and major retail partners, while identifying new account opportunities that align with brand positioning Present seasonal collections to buyers, curate assortments, and provide trend and market insights to support buying decisions Monitor and analyze account performance, reorder activity, and sell-through data to maximize growth opportunities and expand category penetration Support in-store events, trainings, and appointments to strengthen brand presence at retail Coordinate closely with internal teams across planning and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and account support Travel as needed for market appointments, trade shows, and store visits
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/related field or relative work experience 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the men’s apparel industry Strong understanding of the specialty store landscape, with existing industry relationships preferred, global experience a plus Analytical and strategic mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NuOrder Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude Willingness to travel regularly for sales meetings, market, and account visits
Compensation: Base salary starting at $75,000-$85,000/year Quarterly clothing allowance Competitive medical benefits Paid time off
