Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of accounting, reporting, FP&A, and business control for the region
Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance management
Strengthen internal controls, systems, and processes to support growth
Develop and mentor a distributed finance team across six countries
Partner closely with global finance and regional leadership to enable data-driven decisions
Ideal Profile 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in multinational organizations
Proven success leading finance teams in multi-entity, multi-country environments
Manufacturing industry experience with deep understanding of manufacturing operations, costs, and the story behind the numbersERP implementation and process improvement experience
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
