About the role

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Specialist to drive process excellence at the Wilton Factory. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, focusing on production execution apps and end-to-end process improvements in DUV/APPS and EUV environments. You will lead design, testing, and rollout of processes, train end users, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. On-site presence in Wilton, with occasional travel.
