About the role

Universal Shield Insurance Group seeks a seasoned leader to build and manage our Ocean Marine and Inland Marine offerings across the United States. You will develop underwriting guidelines, drive profitable growth, and mentor a high-performing team with support from the VP of Special Risk. You will forge strong broker relationships, market products nationwide, and steer portfolio performance, risk selection, and profitability to align with the division’s strategic plan.
