Seeking a motivated entry-level Trust & Estates Paralegal to work fully remote, responsible for reviewing legal documents, communicating with financial institutions, and monitoring estate administration while gaining valuable skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities: Review, interpret, and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy before submission Communicate with financial institutions and fiduciaries to facilitate the collection of charitable requests Maintain accurate case records and document notifications in the bequest database
