About the role
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations and guest flow

- Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in attractions, hospitality, retail, or entertainment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic tech troubleshooting or operational experience is a plus
