Route Manager

What You'll Do: As a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset Other duties as required. This position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles.
