Overview: One of the nation's largest homebuilder is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of critical business systems supporting homebuilding operations. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on ERP administration. You'll work closely with operational stakeholders across the business, ensuring technology solutions support efficient workflows while minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Lead a small team supporting ERP and housing applications. Serve as the subject matter expert for the company's ERP environment. Partner with business leaders to evaluate workflows and identify process improvements. Drive application enhancements, configurations, and system optimization initiatives. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Oversee ERP-related projects, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives. Develop best practices, governance standards, and change management processes. Create effective relationships with stakeholders across operations, finance, construction, purchasing, and leadership. Utilize SQL to investigate issues, validate data, and support system improvements. Ensure technology decisions align with broader business objectives and operational efficiency goals. Mentor and develop team members while fostering accountability and ownership.
Requirements: Experience managing ERP systems within the construction industry Experience in a management role. Strong ERP administration, implementation, or optimization experience. Strong SQL skills. Demonstrated experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders. Ability to operate effectively in an evolving, ambiguity-friendly environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Progress Software is a plus.

Qualifications: Experience within the homebuilding industry Direct experience with Newstar Experience with Build Pro and related homebuilding applications is a plus.
