Group Product Manager, GRC and RMIS Software
Location: Remote (Chicago, IL based)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
$145,000 to $185,000 per year, plus negotiable signing bonus
Set the product vision for governance, risk, and compliance software, turning deep GRC expertise into products customers rely on.
Must-Haves
8+ years in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain
Experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role
Strong understanding of GRC and RMIS markets and industry dynamics
Proven strategic thinking and execution
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for GRC and RMIS offerings
Build and manage a prioritized product roadmap
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts
Conduct customer and market research to uncover new opportunities
Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry dynamics
Meet directly with clients to understand their challenges
Take products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch review
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams
Track product KPIs and use data and AI insights to guide priorities
Promote responsible AI use across the SDLC
Nice-to-Haves
RMIS platform or risk management technology experience
Experience managing or mentoring product managers
AI tools in product development
Enterprise software or insurtech background
Compensation and Benefits:
$145,000 to $185,000 per year
