Plastic Production WorkerWe are hiring Plastics Production Workers to help manufacture the illuminated signs and displays you see at major businesses, including gas stations and McDonald's. This is a hands-on production role with a 4-day workweek, $18.04+/hour, and both 1st and 2nd shift options. No experience required—just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Plastic Production Worker Responsibilities:
  • Operate plastic molding and fabrication equipment
  • Trim, assemble, and inspect plastic components for quality and defects
  • Package finished products according to customer and production specifications
  • Perform general production tasks to support manufacturing operations
  • Report equipment issues and product defects to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
  • Meet daily production goals while working effectively as part of a team
  • Requirements for Plastic Production Worker:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to learn new processes and take direction
