About the role

A well-established healthcare technology company is building a new team of sales-focused Sales Development Representative to drive new revenue within its established customer base. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on proactively calling existing customers, identifying additional needs, and closing expansion business. This is an excellent next step for high-performing SDRs and BDRs who are ready to move into their first closing role. We are ideally seeking candidates with 1–3 years of phone-based B2B sales experience who have performed well against measurable sales goals and are ready for more ownership of the sales process. SDR Responsibilities Prospect into an established customer base through outbound calls and emails Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products Conduct discovery calls, presentations and product demonstrations Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach through close Consistently meet activity, meeting, demo and closed-revenue goals Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up process Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performanceSDR Requirements 1+ years of B2B sales experience Outbound SDR, BDR or early-career AE or AM experience is ideal Experience prospecting into small businesses Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong listening, discovery and communication skills Persistent, disciplined and able to handle rejection Curious, coachable and motivated to develop into a successful closing salesperson Dental or healthcare technology experience is helpful but not required Compensation / Benefits / GrowthBase salary plus uncapped commissions with expected first-year OTE of approximately $90K–$95K.
