About the role
Managing the Agile Release Train (ART) remotely, the full-time Agile Program Director will facilitate ART events, drive continuous improvement, and oversee Scrum Masters while ensuring transparency in budget and delivery reporting.
Key responsibilitiesPlan and facilitate PI Planning, driving alignment to shared objectives and managing ART Syncs to address dependencies and impediments
Operate and improve the Program Kanban, track ART predictability measures, and support budget and delivery reporting for informed decision-making
Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Lean Agile practices, fostering a culture of servant leadership and continuous improvementRequired qualifications6+ years in Agile delivery, with 2+ years in a program-level facilitation or coaching role
Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and ART level ceremonies in a SAFe environment
Experience managing Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches
Demonstrated proficiency with ART/Program Kanban and risk management techniques
Proficiency with Agile ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
