What You'll Be Doing: Safely load, unload, and transfer cement and other materials using terminal equipment and systems. Monitor terminal operations and perform routine inspections to support safe, efficient operations. Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of terminal equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate operating records and support inventory control activities. Work collaboratively with team members, customers, drivers, and contractors to ensure excellent service and operational performance. What Are We Looking For Commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining a strong safety culture. Ability to operate equipment, follow operational procedures, and adapt to changing priorities. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and equipment while working independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment: Work is performed in an active terminal environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting materials, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. May require occasional overtime, weekend work, and participation in on-call coverage as needed to support business operations.
