Job Summary: This group will be part of a large R&D Drive Engineering Operations team currently involved in building and operating Drive infrastructure for the client and its customers. R&D Drive Operations will support 247 Drive operations involving multiple manufacturing centers across the world and support the storage needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues based in the Longmont Drive facility to provide 247 Operations support.
  • Work extensively within a group consisting of employees and third-party contractors working in shifts to monitor and maintain inventory readiness.
  • Participate in troubleshooting incident calls to restore inventory.
  • Track and maintain Drive Inventory Level Objectives.
  • Maintain operational reports and other visual and quantitative management tools to track and report on: Inventory, Service interruptions, Operational status
  • Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness of incidents, escalations, and events related to maintaining inventory readiness.
  • Work closely with the Drive Development team.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Drive Operations.
Required Skills: Strong skills and experience in inventory control processes. Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including SAP, Eviance, Windchill, and MSDS.Familiarity with Drive tracking databases. Forklift experience.
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in Drive Center Operations / Chemical Support.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements: This position is specifically focused on shipping operations, rather than a broader shipping/inventory/receiving function. Role is onsite at the Normandale site (Bloomington), which is 100% shipping.
