Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to join our team! This role will oversee custodial operations, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service on behalf of our university client.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of project, tasks, QCP reporting, and employees. Responsible to customer for the coordination and execution of assigned performance tasks. Jointly assesses project/task status with Contract Administrator. Advises client in matters of performance of project administration. Provides full-service management duties and oversee assigned employees. Performs and coordinates daily and long-range task requirements with the government client. Ensures contract requirements/deliverables in the quality assurance plan are addressed and reported. Serves as the project manager/onsite lead for personnel, serve as liaison between contractor personnel and the Contract Administrator Holds overall responsibility of administrative matters including direct contractor personnel, assign work to specific personnel, deliverable schedule, complaint responses, and review work products to ensure contract requirements are met
Requirements:
