TheAssistant Account Leadplays a key supporting role in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic communication and marketing initiatives for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work.You’ll collaborate with senior account leaders, designers, writers, and video specialists to bring campaigns and communication strategies to life for school districts, municipalities, and organizations across the Midwest.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Leads in managing day-to-day client relationships and project deliverables.Coordinate timelines, meetings, and follow-up tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.Assist in the development and editing of content for print, digital, and social media platforms.Conduct research and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.Track project milestones, gather analytics, and assist in preparing client reports.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment on messaging, deadlines, and outcomes.Uphold The Impact Group’s standards for quality, creativity, and client service.Qualifications
Required:Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with digital/social media platforms.Preferred:1–3 years of experience in an agency, communications, or marketing environment.Familiarity with project management tools and CRM or task-tracking software.Experience supporting clients in education, public service, or nonprofit sectors.Job DetailsStarting Salary:Mid $40k's (depending on experience)Location:Hybrid – Hudson, Ohio (with flexible remote work options)Job Type:Full-TimeHiring Information
