About the role
Senior HR Manager Plantation, FL (Onsite) Full-Time NationsBenefits is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and workforce initiatives. This position will partner closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR programs and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational changes
- Support HR operations, policy administration, and employee engagement efforts
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership
- Lead and support HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience supporting managers and business leaders
- Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and workplace investigations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
