About the role
Conducting telephone interviews with insurance applicants, the temporary Remote Telephone Interviewer will gather detailed information to support the underwriting process while working remotely from states such as Arizona, Florida, New York, South Carolina, or Texas.
Key responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and conduct telephone interviews with medical insurance applicants
Make outbound calls to gather additional information as needed for underwriting
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Required qualifications
6+ months of call center experience
1+ year of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and work in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
