In this role, you will assist customers by providing product recommendations and personalized solutions to meet their needs. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to build relationships, demonstrating products, maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, and processing transactions. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may include learning about new products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and participating in promotional activities. Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain display standards, and process transactions accurately.Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
