Line Attendant 6PM-6AM Alternative Schedule

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on – rotating)

Hours: 6:00 PM- 6:00AM

About the Role: As a Line Attendant, you’ll play a key role on our production team by: Preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment Inspecting both product and packaging for quality Packing finished cheese products into cases Stacking cases onto pallets on select lines This is a hands-on position that involves frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying. You’ll receive scheduled wage increases as you grow in your role: Start: $22.93/hour After 90 Days: $24.33/hour After 1 Year: $24.79/hour Plus $2.00 Shift Differential What You Bring to the Table: A strong team player with the ability to work independently Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and stacking up to 45 lbs Previous experience with automation or robotics is a plus Attention to detail – you can read packaging and labeling for accuracy Strong communication skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
