About the role
Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Freelance Global Outplacement Coach will support participants in their career transition by establishing trust, guiding them in setting clear goals, and providing personalized coaching on job search strategies and professional branding.
Key responsibilities:
Establish strong, trusting relationships with participants and create a supportive coaching environment
Guide participants through their career transition journey, helping them define clear objectives and maintain momentum
Provide personalized support on career orientation, decision-making, and job search strategies, including CV preparation and networking
Required qualifications:
Practical experience in human resources with a solid understanding of restructuring processes in Belgium
Expertise in career development, including personal branding and job search techniques
A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with a good understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Experience conducting remote coaching sessions and proficiency with technological tools
