About the role
Acting as a senior analytics leader, the full-time remote Staff Advanced Analytics position will deliver high-impact analysis and experimentation to enhance the guest and host experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end analytics processes.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct strategic deep dives into customer experience drivers to diagnose issues and recommend interventions
Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of quality initiatives
Develop metrics and analytical artifacts that monitor customer experience health and enable stakeholder self-service
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis
Strong expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
Proven experience with A/B testing and causal inference techniques
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows
Experience in marketplace, product analytics, customer experience, or trust & safety contexts preferred
