About the role
Leading digital content strategy and operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy will manage the redesign and optimization of key digital properties, including RedCrossBlood.org and the Blood Donor App, in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary content strategy and project management lead for the organizational website redesign and re-platform
Own the end-to-end content process across digital properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
Establish and monitor KPIs for digital content and experiences to drive continuous optimization and improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field
6-10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience leading complex web or digital initiatives from strategy through implementation
Experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong understanding of digital content strategy best practices, including UX, SEO, and accessibility
