About the role

Marketing Specialist Serve as a marketing specialist for Emblem Health social content, including the planning of channel growth strategies, development of engaging content across the brand's social channels (Facebook, X, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok and WeChat), support of enterprise retention and recruitment efforts on Linked In, and the optimization of content based on data and learnings. Partner with internal and external partners to strategize, plan and develop compelling content to strengthen our brand, increase our online presence and enhance marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities Contribute to the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Emblem Health's content for social media. Develop social media strategies and content programs for communities in New York City and the greater metropolitan area. Set KPIs and performance goals for all campaigns and audiences. Use Adobe Analytics and other measurement tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms supporting organic and paid initiatives to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable with internal Marketing & Communications team members and enterprise partners to craft compelling content for Emblem Health tailored to achieve objectives across each social engaging digital content, including social posts, stills and carousels, graphics, short-form videos, and multimedia storytelling aligned with brand and business objectives. Participate in on-site/in-the-field capture of key community moments for social promotion in partnership with community, sales, retail and press teams. Ensure consistency with all other marketing and promotional efforts. Monitor day-to-day platform activity, including social listening and engaging in relevant conversations about our companies and/or industry as needed. Track and monitor competitors on social media channels (in partnership with Research and Insights team), reporting brand \"chatter\" and other relevant insights. Share insights with internal partners using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, lunch and learn presentations, and more. Manage content approval workflows and stakeholder with internal Creative Services writers to develop monthly Emblem Health content and connect with Sr. Social Media Specialist on content marketing with Digital Strategy team to optimize the organizational structure and hierarchy of relevant blog content and other owned content HR by creating content/posts that aid in retention and recruitment efforts (aligned to Corporate Goals).Support Provider Relations by creating content/posts that aid in brand news and announcements across all 's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Fine Arts 3 – 5+ years' experience in social media and content marketing (Required)Bilingual with the ability to create, edit, and adapt content for both audiences (Required)Health care experience (Preferred)Experience with all major social media platforms (Linked In, Meta, Tik Tok, WeChat, You Tube, X) including building a significant presence on social channels for a brand (Required)Social Media and Content Marketing experience (Required)Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing suite (Required)Strong writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on grammar (Required)Strong video production for social skills with an emphasis on smartphone recording and editing (Required)Strong analytic and reporting skills, with an understanding of identifying social media trends (Required)Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound business and strategic judgement (Required)Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst (Required)
