About the role

STANLEY Engineered Fastening is seeking an onsite Plant Quality Manager to oversee QMS across Chesterfield and Troy facilities. You will implement, monitor, and improve quality systems, drive PPAP/8D activities, and lead KPI-driven quality improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in automotive quality management, with Six Sigma Black Belt as a strong plus. You will train staff, conduct audits, and support customer requirements.
