About the role
Madison-Davis, LLC in New York seeks an experienced ISDA Negotiator & Legal Counsel to join its markets documentation team in a hybrid role. You will draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules and CSAs, while advising front-office on terms and regulatory considerations.
