About the role
Job Brief We are an SME of roughly 20 people headquartered in Hong Kong. We serve clients in the fast moving and growing consumer packaged goods industry (Food & Beverage, Supplements, Ecommerce, Cosmetics, Cannabis). You will be supporting the sales efforts, adding new clients and actively managing accounts for the purpose of driving revenue. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally personable. This position requires someone who knows how to turn a “no” into a “yes” and is self-driven to succeed. This position is a hybrid work position and candidates must be located within, or in the immediate proximity to the New York Metropolitan area. You will report directly to our VP of Sales based in New York City, who will implement sales targets and track account growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct and close new sales. This will include both inside and outside sales (client visits, industry trade shows, and exhibitions).Frequent trade show travel within North America. Spread the word of Kace Pack’s products and services within the industry (via Linked In, cold calling, emailing).Collaborate closely with your sales peers based in Hong Kong and the US satellite office to expand the company’s presence within various CPG categories. Late night calls with Hong Kong (12 hour time difference with the Eastern time zone) several times per week as needed. Track and report progress and growth within our CRM (Netsuite). Stay up to date on current trends and perform detailed market analysis (market sizing/segmentation) when requested by management. Success equals → Building a recurring and robust book of business, quickly.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Mastery of our complete product offerings, assist ensuring the catalog remains up to date. Assist marketing efforts with client/prospect case studies. Hands on with respect to products, managing sales samples, pitches and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Team player 3-4 years of work experience in sales and/or client management Experience closing deals
