Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services California is seeking an experienced Title Assistant to join our team in the Bay Area. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-volume commercial title unit handling sophisticated transactions throughout California and across the United States.

Qualifications:
2–5 years of Title Insurance or Escrow experience required
Commercial title experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and professionalism
Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and management
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to National Commercial Title Officers
Assist with the processing of complex commercial real estate transactions
Prepare title-related documents and reports while maintaining strict confidentiality
Research title matters and compile information to support transaction processing
Resolve issues by applying established title industry procedures and company policies
Coordinate with internal departments and clients to help ensure timely closings
Issue documents in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal requirements
