About the role
Service Now's Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is seeking a software engineer to build AI/ML solutions that transform enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI-powered experiences for thousands of customers. You will own code from design through testing and deployment, deploying in production Kubernetes environments, and ensuring observability and reliability across services. A strong foundation in Go or Python is required.
