About the role

As the creative voice of the brand in the EMEA region, the full-time Regional Brand Creative Lead will manage design excellence across various marketing touchpoints, collaborating with regional teams to translate business priorities into compelling creative strategies while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the creative authority for the EMEA region, setting the creative ambition and evolving the brand identity across all marketing activities Collaborate with regional marketing leads to develop on-brand creative strategies that strengthen long-term brand equity Oversee creative quality across diverse outputs, including campaigns, events, and digital content, while inspiring the embedded studio team
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand creative, with a strong design background and experience scaling brands across multiple markets Proven ability to balance global brand consistency with regional nuances in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Expertise in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools Demonstrated experience in both creative direction and hands-on craft, with strong presentation skills for articulating creative concepts Experience in overseeing diverse creative outputs, particularly in B2B marketing environments, ideally within enterprise technology
