About the role:
A global tier-1 IT services and consulting firm is hiring a Program Director to lead SAP Master Data Governance workstreams inside large-scale S/4HANA business transformation programs. This is a Director-level, client-facing role owning data governance strategy, data migration approach, and master data management across multi-module S/4HANA deployments. You will lead design, build, test, and deployment of the business processes those solutions enable, and you will carry a visible role in shaping and winning new work.
What you will do:
Lead design, build, testing, and deployment of new or changed business processes enabled by SAP S/4HANAOwn the data governance and data migration strategy across global transformation programs Run business workshops with senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in line with the program plan Define, design, govern, and deliver solutions alongside client teams and other business process leads Build implementation schedules, provide accurate estimates and timelines, and hold to quality standards Support sales opportunities, proposals, and business case development Mentor consulting and client team members while staying hands-on where the program requires it Build and leverage assets, accelerators, and thought leadership
What we are looking for:
Minimum ten years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience At least five full lifecycle ERP implementations as Project Manager, multi-module (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)Proven experience leading global S/4HANA transformation delivery as a Data Lead Hands-on experience managing and implementing SAP MDG, including standing up a governance and management framework Expert knowledge of SAP master and transactional data elements, data structures, migration tooling, and cross-module integration At least six years in proposal and business case development, with demonstrable sales contribution Ability to translate business requirements into technical specification and speak credibly to industry KPIsBachelor's degree or equivalent Authorised to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship Who this role is NOT for Technical MDM or data engineering specialists with no client-facing program leadershipSAP functional consultants who have not owned a data workstream end to end Program managers from industry with a single in-house S/4HANA rollout and no consulting delivery record Delivery-only leaders with no proposal, business case, or sales involvementMDG configuration or BASIS resources looking for a hands-on build role Anyone requiring visa sponsorship
