Requirements: Equipment rack building experience Dressing in cables/wires, labeling cables, and terminating cables (Coax and RJ45)Basic networking understanding Proficient in Windows OS (7/10)Experience in MS Office. (Word/Excel required)Configuring video, networking, and broadband equipment (cable modems)Experience working with hand tools (drill, screw driver, wrenches)Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work independently or as a team Self-motivated Good communication skills Punctual, dependable, and reliable Additional experience to look for, but not required: OSI Layer 1-4 Network Troubleshooting Experience working with MS Visio Experience working with CLI/Linux Environments Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards/protocols Experience working with testing equipment. Fiber optics, Ethernet, CMTS power level tester Working knowledge of CMTS, Docsis 3.0/3.1, and QAM technologies Experience as a Comcast Cable/DAS TechSTB Debugging Experience with CSG Billing System Bash/Python Experience
