Evercrest Group is growing our team in Las Vegas, NVand is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager.
This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience inbrand marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll work directly with customers while supporting marketing initiatives for the brands we represent and learning how successful campaigns are developed, executed, and managed.
We provide hands-on training and ongoing professional development, making this a strong opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in marketing and brand management.
What You'll Do:
Support the execution of brand marketing, promotional, and customer engagement campaigns
Represent client brands professionally during direct, face-to-face customer interactions
Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and brand offerings
Help increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition goals
Build positive customer relationships while delivering a strong brand experience
Collaborate with team members to understand target audiences and improve outreach strategies
Assist with tracking campaign performance, customer feedback, and daily goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, communication, sales, and leadership
Take on additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience

Leadership potential and an interest in taking on increased responsibility over time
