Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting Wealth ManagementPartner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and translate business objectives into technology roadmapsManage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and OperationsDrive executive-level governance, reporting, risk management, dependencies, and escalationsOversee platforms supporting sales enablement, content management, digital enablement, and advisor toolsEnsure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout deliveryManage vendor and platform partnershipsDrive delivery within Agile or hybrid environmentsQualifications 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program managementProven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platformsFinancial services or Wealth Management experienceStrong executive presence and communication skillsAbility to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholdersExperience managing complex, cross-functional technology programsStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerationsExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesPreferredExperience with Seismic and/or SalesforcePrevious Bank of America experienceExperience supporting Wealth Management or financial advisor platforms
