Spring Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.85 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available Participate in a 6–8 month training program to learn spring machine operations, production processes, and quality standards. Operate and monitor spring manufacturing equipment while making adjustments to ensure accurate, high-quality products. Perform inspections and measurements on finished springs to verify they meet customer and company specifications. Load materials, maintain equipment, complete production paperwork, and follow all safety and operating procedures. Work closely with experienced operators and team members to develop skills needed to independently run spring production equipment.
Spring Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience is needed. Ability to complete a training period and learn spring machine operations, processes, and quality requirements. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products, follow instructions, and maintain accurate production standards. Dependable team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
