Communicates to resolve billing inquiries and collaborates with healthcare providers and billing departments to maintain accurate account information. Educates patients on financial resources, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures thorough documentation of all interactions and arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating payment plans and financial assistance programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and patient privacy standards.
