General Surgery & Robotics First Assist Surgery Only 30-35 Hrs/Wk $135k-$150k Guaranteed Phoenix, AZ Tucson PAs: this is an in-state move up I-10. Your Arizona license already works in Phoenix, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer.
Responsibilities: first assist duties only in general surgery and robotics cases. No orders, clinic or rounding.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
Experience: at least 1 year of general and robotics surgical first assist experience.
Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered. Career growth:
PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments. 1099:PRN options available.
Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply. Arizona licensure: an out-of-state PA needs an Arizona license by endorsement.
