Position Overview: A financial institution is seeking an experienced Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to lead marketing strategy, digital engagement, brand management, market intelligence, and product marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and business teams to develop marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support customer acquisition and retention, and drive overall business growth. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic marketing leadership, digital marketing expertise, product commercialization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and digital strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives. Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance measurement. Develop product marketing and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services. Partner with business leaders to evaluate product performance, customer adoption, and growth opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, corporate communications, and overall brand consistency. Lead digital marketing initiatives across website, social media, email, content, and digital advertising channels. Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall digital experience. Utilize customer data and analytics to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment. Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership. Leverage emerging technologies, automation, AI, and digital tools to improve marketing effectiveness. Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners. Lead and develop marketing team members while fostering collaboration across business units.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 8 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or strategic marketing. Financial services or banking experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies. Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and customer engagement. Experience with product positioning, customer segmentation, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, digital platforms, and customer experience strategies. Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese required.
