About the role

Fireclay Tile is seeking a Director of Growth in San Francisco Bay Area with remote US options to lead our growth across homeowner, Trade, and commercial journeys. You will own the growth roadmap for fireclaytile.com, drive performance marketing, lifecycle improvements, and affiliate/partner growth. The role reports to the CEO and requires building a high‑impact team and measuring outcomes that matter for revenue and profitability.
