Job Title: Accessory Installer Location: Richmond Ford West Starting Pay: $20/hour (with opportunity for increase)
Job Description:
Richmond Ford West is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accessory Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket and factory accessories on trucks and vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install truck accessories such as: Bed covers Bed liners Wheel well liners Inspect installations to ensure proper fit and finish Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and dealership standards Communicate effectively with team members and management Additional Opportunities: Candidates with experience or willingness to assist in building maintenance (basic repairs, upkeep, etc.) may be eligible for increased pay based on skill level and contribution.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude or experience with hand/power tools preferred Automotive or installation experience is a plus (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
