About the role

Leading growth initiatives for the Department of Homeland Security, the hybrid Senior Director, Client Growth will develop and execute strategies for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and other mission-aligned programs, leveraging deep industry knowledge and customer relationships to drive business development and capture efforts. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and other DHS organizations, focusing on enhancing public-facing services and identifying new opportunities Lead strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from identification and qualification to capture and award Maintain and expand relationships with federal executives and industry partners, connecting their needs to Ad Hoc's digital services capabilitiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in federal program delivery or business development Demonstrated experience developing and executing federal growth strategies, with established relationships within relevant DHS markets Proven track record of developing qualified pipelines and winning federal business, including experience with new business and recompetes Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex federal pursuits Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel within the Washington, DC metropolitan area as needed
