Overview
In this role you contribute to delivering integrated digital experiences by guiding requirement elicitation, design discussions, and code improvements. You’ll work across the SDLC with cross-functional teams to implement features, ensure quality, and support deployments. You will help translate complex needs into actionable tasks and drive reliable, scalable software solutions. This position offers hands-on coding, design influence, and impact on production stability within Infosys’ DX-focused team.

Responsibilities Document partial business requirements and align with guidance Facilitate design discussions and capture decisions for the tech team Code and integrate new features, maintaining system stability Perform code reviews and manage code repositories Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks Resolve production issues and suggest preventive reliability measures Maintain detailed records of code, testing approaches, and support activities
