Senior Executive Recruiter

Job Summary: This position is responsible for partnering with our internal HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing the appropriate recruiting strategies for executive level positions. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the HCSC senior leadership team to identify and hire the top executive and talent that is critical to the business.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances. Base Pay Range$112,200.00 - $202,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
